Chantelle Rollings

Chantelle has been in the local area for more than 28 years. She has always been a part of the real estate industry starting when she was 19 years old.

Chantelle thrives on the challenges the jobs brings, while always keeping a positive attitude. She looks outside the box for her clients to achieve the highest possible rent, long term tenants and a well maintained home for future tenants.

Being a landlord herself, Chantelle understands how important your investment is and will provide feedback every step of the way so that you can put your mind at ease knowing that it is being managed to a high standard.

Samara Pascoe

Samara took on the job at Rentcare as it was a fantastic opportunity to learn and study within the Real Estate Industry which has now become a huge part of her life. It has allowed her to strengthen the interpersonal skills essential to this line of work and gain experience in a corporate setting.

Samara strives to maintain our clients investments to the best standard possible by having all maintenance and repairs attended to as quickly as possible. She hopes that each and every one of our tenants can move into one of our rental homes and make it their own. She believes building relationships with the tenants allows for a solid foundation of trust and communication.
